All prices listed on the website are in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3.3 Availability

All products displayed are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and either refund the amount or offer an alternative.

4. Ordering and Payment

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and local credit/debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kompulix.

In no event shall Kompulix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any products purchased through the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Terms will be resolved in the competent courts having jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
