কম্পিউলিক্স-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আমরা আপনার সমস্ত প্রযুক্তি পণ্যের কেনাকাটার জন্য একটি দ্রুত, নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং স্বচ্ছ শিপিং অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদানে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আপনার অর্ডারের ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত নিম্নলিখিত নীতিগুলি অনুগ্রহ করে পর্যালোচনা করুন।

১. ডেলিভারির এলাকা ও সময়সী

আমরা গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র শিপিং করি। গন্তব্য অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির সময় ভিন্ন হয়:

ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকা	১ - ৩ কর্মদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে (জাতীয় শিপিং)	৩ - ৭ কর্মদিবস

দ্রষ্টব্য: জাতীয় ছুটি, রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা বা অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় বাড়তে পারে।

২. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়

• ব্যবসা দিবসে (শনিবার থেকে বৃহস্পতিবার, সরকারি ছুটি বাদে) সমস্ত অর্ডার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয় এবং প্রেরণের জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হয়।

• বিকাল ৩:০০ টার পরে করা অর্ডারগুলি পরবর্তী ব্যবসা দিবসে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

• ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা শুরু হয় যখন অর্ডারটি আমাদের গুদাম থেকে প্রেরণ করা হয়।

৩. শিপিং চার্জ

আপনার ডেলিভারির স্থান এবং আপনার কার্টে থাকা পণ্যের আকার/ওজন অনুসারে শিপিং খরচ গণনা করা হয়।

৩.১ ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকা

ঢাকা মেট্রো এলাকার মধ্যে সমস্ত অর্ডারের জন্য একটি মানক ফ্ল্যাট রেট প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৩.২ ঢাকার বাইরে

জাতীয় ডেলিভারির জন্য শিপিং চার্জ সাধারণত বেশি হয় এবং এতে তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার হ্যান্ডলিং-এর জন্য ফি অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে। চূড়ান্ত শিপিং খরচ চেকআউটের সময় স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

৩.৩ বিনামূল্যে শিপিং

আমরা একটি নির্দিষ্ট মূল্যের বেশি অর্ডারের জন্য বিনামূল্যে শিপিং অফার করতে পারি। অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যানার বা চেকআউট পৃষ্ঠায় বর্তমান প্রচারের বিবরণ পরীক্ষা করুন।

৪. ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি

৪.১ অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং ট্র্যাকিং

আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত এবং প্রেরণ করা হলে, আপনি আপনার ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর এবং কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের নাম সহ একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেল বা SMS পাবেন। আপনি আপনার ডেলিভারির অগ্রগতি নিরীক্ষণের জন্য এই নম্বরটি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

৪.২ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

আপনি যদি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি নির্বাচন করেন, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার কাছে সঠিক নগদ পরিমাণ প্রস্তুত আছে। আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধি শুধুমাত্র সম্পূর্ণ অর্থপ্রদানের পরে পণ্য হস্তান্তর করার জন্য অনুমোদিত।

৪.৩ ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি প্রচেষ্টা

আমাদের কুরিয়ার পার্টনাররা সাধারণত ১-২ বার ডেলিভারির চেষ্টা করবে। যদি এই চেষ্টার পর ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে প্যাকেজটি Kompulix-এ ফেরত আসার আগে নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার হাবে অল্প সময়ের জন্য রাখা হবে। গ্রাহকের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে প্যাকেজ ফেরত এলে, গ্রাহককে পুনরায় শিপিংয়ের খরচ বহন করতে হতে পারে।

৫. পণ্য পরিদর্শন

আমরা আপনাকে অনুরোধ করি যে ডেলিভারির রসিদে স্বাক্ষর করার আগে, আপনি অবিলম্বে প্যাকেজ এবং পণ্যটি পরিদর্শন করুন। প্যাকেজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা টেম্পার করা হয়েছে বলে মনে হলে, দয়া করে ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের কাছে এটি উল্লেখ করুন এবং অবিলম্বে Kompulix গ্রাহক পরিষেবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

Kompulix Shipping Policy

Welcome to Kompulix! We are committed to providing you with a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for all your tech purchases. Please review the following policy details regarding the delivery of your order.

1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

We ship across the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Delivery times vary based on the destination:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to national holidays, political events, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours on business days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

• The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the products in your cart.

3.1 Dhaka Metropolitan Area

A standard flat rate will apply for all orders within the Dhaka Metro area.

3.2 Outside Dhaka

Shipping charges are generally higher for national delivery and may include fees for third-party courier handling. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3.3 Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain value. Please check the current promotion details on our website banner or checkout page.

4. Delivery Procedures

4.1 Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number and the courier partner's name. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you select Cash on Delivery, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery representative is only authorized to hand over the product upon receiving the full payment.

4.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 1-2 times. If delivery fails after the attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier hub for a short period before being returned to Kompulix. If a package is returned due to customer unavailability, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

5. Inspection of Products

We encourage you to inspect the package and the product immediately upon receipt, before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please note this with the delivery agent and contact Kompulix Customer Service immediately.
